**Job Title: Operations Analyst**

**Role Description**:

- Client Taxes and Social Security payments
- Cheque process and Clearing settlement
- NFRR routines
- Interaction with the Shared Service centers for query resolution
**The Team**:
The operations team in Madrid is a small team composed by 7 people that have been working for the bank on an average of 15 years. We have a great knowledge on local banking products and have a lot of exposure with the rest of the EMEA branches and UK/India.

We implemented cross training function amongst the department so there is a wider range of gaining knowledge and all the different activities we do locally, and we are creating a “One Team” in EMEA to cover not only development opportunities in Spain but across the 7 countries.
