Your next challenge We are looking for an Operations Analyst who will help drive the day-to-day operations of the business while supporting problem-solving, process optimization, and technical developments. From day one, you'll play a key role within the team and across the company, taking ownership of meaningful operational tasks. This role sits in a fast-paced environment working closely with top-tier talent. What you'll be doing: Organize and execute daily, weekly, and monthly tasks, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with business priorities. Track and report operational performance metrics, proactively flagging risks or SLA deviations. Support new operational and technology initiatives, contributing to development, testing, rollouts, and follow-up activities. Work closely with all other teams across the organization, acting as a first line of support to solve issues and ensure smooth operations. You're a match Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, a STEAM discipline, or a related field. Work Experience Requirements: 0-2 years of experience in operations or a related field. Requirements: Strong Excel skills and ability to work comfortably with numbers. Comfortable using digital tools and technology, with the ability to quickly learn new platforms. You have proven experience working for a successful startup or scale-up (is a plus but not mandatory). Knowledge of programming languages such as SQL and Python (highly desirable but not mandatory).
