As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing therapist relationships by expanding existing business and cultivating new opportunities. This position calls for exceptional communication skills, a deep understanding of B2B sales dynamics, and a genuine enthusiasm for customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities & Responsabilities:
1. Serve as a trusted point of contact for therapists, addressing inquiries and maintaining regular communication.
2. Identify and create new leads in different markets by the prospect, cold call, and canvass.
3. Present proposals, negotiate, and close deals with existing and new markets.
4. Identify avenues for upselling and cross-selling our diverse product range to existing Therapists, optimizing revenue potential.
5. Effectively communicate product value to prospects and existing therapists.
6. Support and guide existing therapists, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
7. Collaborate in formulating effective sales strategies, and develop budgets and timelines which are aligned with the departments and company's goals.
8. Communicate the value of our products and services to prospective therapists.
9. Foster interdepartmental cooperation, liaising with marketing and operations to ensure a seamless and gratifying customer experience across all interfaces.
10. Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.
11. Continuously enhance product knowledge and industry expertise.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
2. Previous experience in B2B sales or a sales-related role (certifications a plus).
3. While an appreciation of the healthcare landscape is beneficial, it's not mandatory.
4. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, high English written and verbal level, enabling you to cultivate trust and rapport with Therapists.
5. Uncommon prowess in problem-solving and troubleshooting, with an emphasis on innovative solutions that surpass Therapist expectations.
6. Self-driven and proactive, you can excel independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
7. An eye for detail and exemplary organizational skills facilitate concurrent management of multiple Therapist inquiries.
8. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software and related tools.
9. Business acumen and passion for customer satisfaction.
