**WHAT TO EXPECT***:
From project kickoff to series production, we keep a close eye on product requirements and help create a shared understanding of the system to be developed - in the ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) domain and beyond.

Join our team as a (Junior) Requirements Engineer in Autonomous Driving and play a key role in developing the latest generation of vehicles. This is an exciting opportunity to start your career in Madrid while gaining hands-on experience with cutting-edge technologies.

**YOUR TASKS***:
**YOUR PROFILE***:

- Act as the technical interface between the customer, internal departments, and system suppliers
- Support the analysis of customer and system requirements and develop optimization proposals in collaboration with project partners
- Ensure alignment of requirements with all relevant interface partners
- Grant the formal approval of requirements after completed reviews
- Take responsibility for creating requirements specifications and coordinating with the respective suppliers
- Advise customers on the implementation and optimization of methods and processes in requirements management
- Completed degree in engineering, computer science, natural sciences, business engineering, or a comparable qualification
- Structured and independent working style with the ability to make complex topics understandable
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, confident in dealing with internal and external stakeholders
- Organizational talent, quick comprehension, and a high standard of quality
- Responsible, reliable, and motivated to grow in your role
- Proficiency in MS Office, Power Platform, SharePoint; basic knowledge of project management tools is a plus
- Initial experience in requirements management in the automotive sector is an advantage
- Familiarity with tools such as Codebeamer, Codecraft or Confluence is a plus
- Very good English and German skills
