YOUR TASKS YOUR PROFILE Act as the technical interface between the customer, internal departments, and system suppliers Support the analysis of customer and system requirements and develop optimization proposals in collaboration with project partners Ensure alignment of requirements with all relevant interface partners Grant the formal approval of requirements after completed reviews Take responsibility for creating requirements specifications and coordinating with the respective suppliers Advise customers on the implementation and optimization of methods and processes in requirements management Completed degree in engineering, computer science, natural sciences, business engineering, or a comparable qualification Structured and independent working style with the ability to make complex topics understandable Strong communication and teamwork skills, confident in dealing with internal and external stakeholders Organizational talent, quick comprehension, and a high standard of quality Responsible, reliable, and motivated to grow in your role Proficiency in MS Office, Power Platform, SharePoint; basic knowledge of project management tools is a plus Initial experience in requirements management in the automotive sector is an advantage Familiarity with tools such as Codebeamer, Codecraft or Confluence is a plus Very good English and German skills WHAT TO EXPECT From project kickoff to series production, we keep a close eye on product requirements and help create a shared understanding of the system to be developed – in the ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) domain and beyond.
