Head of Corporate It

Eurovision Services is looking for a **Head of Corporate IT**to join our Technology Department in the Madrid Office, Spain.

**PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION**

**Corporate IT Strategy and Leadership**:

- Define and execute the IT strategy in alignment with company objectives.
- Lead, develop, and motivate IT teams, ensuring clear priorities, accountability, and results.
- Manage IT projects and budgets, ensuring delivery on time, scope, and cost.

**Technology Infrastructure Management**
- Develop and maintain infrastructure strategy with focus on reliability, scalability, and efficiency.
- Ensure stable operations of Windows/Linux systems and drive cloud adoption.
- Oversee security, audits, recovery, and backup measures.
- Resolve technical issues quickly, minimizing disruptions.
- Manage third-party service providers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.

**Application Support Management**:

- Manage Dynamics 365 (F&O, XRM) stability, uptime, and enhancements.
- Coordinate with departments to ensure solutions meet business needs.

**IT Security & Compliance**
- Define and implement information security strategy in line with standards.
- Manage threat monitoring, risk assessments, and incident response.
- Oversee security for international transmissions and client requirements.
- Direct audits, certifications, and policy development.

**Datawarehouse and Business Intelligence**:

- Define and manage Datawarehouse strategy to support business goals.
- Ensure architecture, maintenance, and security for data integrity.
- Coordinate ETL, BI, and reporting projects with other departments.

**DEVOPS Management**
- Lead DevOps strategy, promoting automation, integration, and continuous deployment.
- Oversee CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and security.
- Foster collaboration between development and operations.

**Operations & Support**:

- Manage Helpdesk to ensure quick and effective incident resolution.
- Oversee financial management of Corporate IT within budget compliance.
- Establish clear documentation, communication, and process standards.

**YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**

**Education & Background**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field (specialization in Telecommunications or IT Management is a plus).
- 10+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles.

**Leadership & Soft Skills**:

- Strong leadership, communication, and change management abilities; adaptability; stress and crisis management; solid decision-making and negotiation skills, including engagement with boards and top-tier clients.

**Security Expertise**:

- In-depth knowledge of security standards, GDPR, and ISO27001.
- Experience leading audits, certifications, and risk management processes.

**Technical Knowledge**:

- Proficiency in AWS/Azure environments
- Proficiency in SSO/SAML
- Proficiency in Cisco networking
- Advance knowledge of firewalls management(Check Point, Palo Alto)
- Linux/Microsoft systems administration

**Languages**:
Proficiency in English, written and spoken.

**Valued Certifications**:

- ITIL Certification
- Valid security professional certification (GIAC, CISSP, CompTIA Security+, CCSP, etc.)
- CCNP Enterprise or CCNP Security will be considered a plus
- AWS or Microsoft Azure certifications
