We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to work remote or in our Malaga or Madrid office and partner with our sales and marketing teams to deliver qualified leads to senior sales team members.
**What you will be doing**
The SDR will be responsible to own and manage the prospecting for Italy and is responsible to create quarterly plans to achieve quotas.
Additionally, SDR’s provide regular, accurate forecasts and update lead status using Salesforce.
**Here's what you will need to know/have**
- Fluent Spanish and English speaker.
- A hard-working, self-motivated person that is willing to achieve excellence.
- Creative and assertive communication skills.
- Open to feedback and development.
- Consistently meet/exceed sales quotas within specified time frames.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM.
- Knowledge of the HR sector is advantageous, but not essential.
- Self-starter with a track record of successful, measurable lead follow-up and sales development at multiple executive levels within an organization.
- Strong opportunity qualification, objection handling, and time management ability.
- Trained on call structuring, conversation control, and pitching.
- Experience in use of social selling tools for both research an outreach.
- Ability to work in a high-energy sales team environment.
- Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, strong writing skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in any related field is preferred, but not needed.
