**Tasks **Great opportunity to join a innovative and proactive team, creating an exceptional work environment. PromoFarma by DocMorris wants to incorporate a **Paid Acquisition Manager** for the Growth Acquisition Team.

Your main **tasks** will be:

- Execution of the digital marketing strategy to achieve our goals with the payback and ROI defined in the business plan per each business unit
- Create, manage, optimize and scale paid acquisition campaigns.
- Main channels are: Shopping, Search, Display, Social, Video, Programmatic, App Campaigns, Affiliate networks and Comparison Search Engines
- Budget control and reporting with main KPIs, analysis and understanding of changes in trends.
- Presentation of Results and Projects to stakeholders.
- Collaboration with other departments, mainly Marketing, Tech, Data Science and Data Marketing to achieve our global goals.
- Always Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital and performance marketing
- Search for new channels and opportunities to sustainably grow our traffic and user acquisition, proactivity to find transformational projects

**Requirements**:

- +3 years of experience within a similar role in e-commerce or marketplace with large volumes of products, traffic and investment
- Bachelor in Business or Digital Marketing
- High/native level of French and fluent level of English and/or Spanish
- Knowledge of Google Shopping campaign management is a must and any experience with any additional performance/paid marketing channel is a plus
- Knowledge of automated bidding strategies
- High level of Excel and deep knowledge of any Analytics tool (Google Analytics, Adobe, Eulerian, etc)
- Highly analytical skills: obsession with data and permanent improvement. Identify automation opportunities in order to scale faster.
- Excellence: capacity of organization, planning and execution. Focus on detail and work towards objectives/results.
- Proactivity: proposal of new ideas in a highly dynamic market, don't be afraid of testing new things, failing fast and changing the status quo is our mindset.
- Data Driven mindset and very analytical approach of each challenge we find in our journey

**Nice to have**:
