RESEARCH, DEVELOPMENT AND INNOVATION GRADUATE
Graduate Expert Program: Your chance to realise your talent and shape your future. Our Saica Graduate Expert Program is a two years program which has been designed to grow in making an impact of the world while developing professionally and personally.
Our Graduate Expert program is as a stepping stone to bigger and better career opportunities within Saica as a Research, Development and Innovation Graduate Expert.
Some of the tasks you will be responsible for are:
- Planning and execution of tests for analysing the advanced physical and mechanical behaviour of paper and corrugated board, including critical analysis of results for a) continuous improvement and development of internal lab procedures, b) establishing conclusions leading to the development of new products (paper and/or corrugated cases) and manufacturing processes, and c) issuing comprehensive internal technical reports in relation to both, research on paper/corrugated board and advanced technical support for the different plants of the group.
- Definition, planning, management, execution and reporting of research, development and innovation work-packages and complete projects, focused on understanding the links between material processing and solid mechanics for both, paper and corrugated board, as well as in any mechanical aspects of the functional behaviour of corrugated packaging.
- Participation in industrial trials and joint development innovation projects with customers and suppliers.
**Requisitos**
- Academic Qualification:
- Just graduated in Industrial, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering Bachelor/Master
Desirable: Knowledge of solid mechanics and mechanical properties testing of materials
Optional: PhD
- Experience: have experience in a similiar role, maximum of two years working experience since the graduation.
International experiences (Erasmus,) is a plus.
- High written and spoken English (C1)
