**Responsibilities**:
- Function as an ambassador for the client's service.
- Collection and maintenance of customer data.
- Clarification of customer inquiries regarding service, subscription, payment and technical requirements.
- Work on requests and comments via the client's social media channels (Facebook, Instagram and Twitter).

**Requisitos**:
**Requirements**:
- Complete **Danish** fluency on a native speaking level and **English** on a professional level.
- Experience in customer service, communications or similar roles.
- Good knowledge of current social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc.) Previous work experience with social media is a plus.
- Passion for community management and digital affinity.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
**OBLIGATORY STUDIES FINISHED**: According to the legislation in Spain, a document to prove completed studies is mandatory to be able to be hired.
Meaning obligatory studies as ESO or High School. Any higher studies title will also be accepted.
