Our business is in a high growth phase, already with offices in Brighton, London, Dubai, Singapore, New York and Sydney and currently opening our latest office in Gijon, the beautiful Asturias area of Spain.

**The role**:
As a Programmatic Technical Account Manager you will manage the performance, strategy, planning, and reporting for multiple clients across the agency. The role will require technical experience in managing complex, multi-channel programmatic campaigns - as well as the ability to deal directly with clients to discuss insights, performance trends and strategic opportunities.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Managing day to day programmatic trading operations across multiple campaigns.
- Deliver advanced optimization techniques to maximise programmatic campaign performance and secure revenue growth.
- Deliver client updates and regular reporting and insights.
- Work alongside Creative Production teams to deliver an effective DCO strategy.
- Work with Product teams in establishing business cases for product improvement and technical development.
**Key skills and experience**:
1. Delivering and executing effective programmatic campaigns by:
- Monitoring campaign performance, by ensuring we are pacing correctly and are on target.
- Demonstrating ability to formulate tests and generate new ideas in order to generate campaign performance.
- Fielding client requests, whether admin or insights, such as insights reports, campaign booking information etc.
- Pro-actively managing expectations and educating the client when it comes to best practice, campaign strategies & KPIs, what is/isn’t possible etc.
2. Helping the client develop and implement their wider programmatic display strategy through:
- Helping them achieve ‘client firsts’ - doing something new for their brands, like sophisticated dynamic prospecting or a geo focused push.
- Becoming their go-to, indispensable partner, where clients trust your expertise and value your input, be it on campaign execution, specific areas (mobile, brand safety etc.) or wider display strategy
- Going the extra mile in terms of servicing - being pro-active and giving them truly bespoke insights during and after campaign
- Understanding the bigger picture by learning about your clients’ products, general industry trends, or developments in digital marketing that may be relevant to them.
**About you**:
- _A strong programmatic background: _
- We want someone to hit the ground running - you will need to have experience in dealing with; multiple DSPs, Ad servers, Adops trafficking and Creative troubleshooting.
- We are not just a display agency. Experience in running Video, Native, DOOH or Audio would also be a plus.
- _An ability to manage multiple campaigns: _
- It is likely you’ll be responsible for the trading and management of multiple clients and campaigns. Keenness to manage multiple tasks simultaneously is a must
- _Being outgoing and personable: _
- We want you to build strong relationships with your stakeholders - (clients or colleagues in other teams).
- _Demonstrating an analytical and data driven approach, with strong problem-solving skills & attention to detail: _
- We deal with lots of data, so you should be comfortable manipulating it and using it to back up your analysis and recommendations.
- Sometimes things don’t go to plan - you will need to use your initiative to try to solve problems (under-performing campaigns, discrepancies etc).
