We want to give access in a click and make a real impact on everyone’s lives, and of course, surrounded by a great team That’s why we are looking for you: Top performer, full of ideas and a passion of making an impact through technology, Klinc is your place **What are we looking for?** We’re looking for a new Product Owner as we’re expanding our Life & Wellness and we need someone to helps us to escalate it as much as we can We want you to help us to build our new functionalities from a strategic and operational side, focusing on user experience, data-driven decisions in an Agile framework. We’re expecting someone who anticipates the necessities and the challenges we will face to keep on top of the market. - Plan and prioritize backlog and development for the product - Deliver amazing features by writing user stories and requirements - Lead the planning product release plans and set expectation for delivery - Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on - Define product vision and growth opportunities - Assess value, develop cases and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy - Provide backlog management, iteration planning and elaboration of the user stories - Measure and definition of Product KPIs - Lead the planning product release plans and set expectation for delivery of new functionalities **What do we need?** - Health Insurance Knowledge or eHealth Product experience - Proven experience on a Product Manager / Owner Role - Tech or Business educational background - Hands-on experience on managing all stages of a digital product life cycle - Experience working in a fast-paced, distributed digital environment - Evidence of successfully driving a full end-to-end product lifecycle in an agile environment - Problem Solving, Target oriented, Analytic mindset - Professional English and Spanish level **For being from Zurich** At Zurich we want to take care of you and these are some of your benefits: - Flexible compensation. - Restaurant card. - Home office voucher - Flexwork: 80% at home, 20% at the office. - Pension plan - Life insurance. - Bank and insurance offer. - Discount in gyms. - Zurich Wellness, sports activities. - Zurich Sports Club, free registration for marathons and popular races. - Free English classes. **About us** Our nearly 55,000 employees in more than 215 countries and territories are the foundation of our success.
