**Solar Integration engineer**

**Responsibilities**:

- Drive understanding and assist countries in the development of maintenance strategies for solar and implement into SAP
- Assist countries to develop work orders and work instructions for site based works - Train team members in solar O&M work practices and works techniques
- Train technicians and teams on digital tools use (Solar Scada/SAP/CURT/AMS)
- Assist in developing HV strategies for countries and management of assets
- Be a point of contact for technicians as solar technology expert
- Assist in tangible projects for other technologies - BESS integration
- Provide advice to development teams on O&M best practices
- Assist in development of digital tools for use in the field

**Requirements**:

- Substantial knowledge in Solar technologies at utility scale - preferably in O&M phase
- Understanding of Solar maintenance requirements
- Understanding of RWE operations tools / Backbone network
- Technical understanding of Solar inverters & equipment
- Understanding of Scada in solar farms / wind farms / BESS
- Ability to interact well with other team members
- Degree level education in Electrical engineering (or similar) or renewables based engineering specific training
- Travel required 20%

**Solar Integration engineer (Ingénieur en intégration solaire)**

Responsabilités
- Faire comprendre et aider les pays à développer des stratégies de maintenance pour le solaire et les mettre en œuvre dans SAP
- Aider les pays à élaborer des ordres et des instructions pour les travaux sur site - Former les membres de l’équipe aux pratiques et aux techniques d’exploitation et de maintenance (O&M) des installations solaires
- Former les techniciens et les équipes à l’utilisation des outils numériques (Solar Scada / SAP / CURT / AMS)
- Contribuer à développer des stratégies HV pour les pays et la gestion des actifs
- Être un point interlocuteur pour les techniciens en tant qu’expert en technologie solaire
- Apporter son aide à des projets tangibles pour d’autres technologies - intégration BESS
- Fournir des conseils aux équipes de développement sur les meilleures pratiques O&M
- Contribuer au développement d’outils numériques à utiliser sur le terrain

Exigences
- Connaissance approfondie des technologies solaires à l’échelle industrielle - de préférence en phase O&M
- Compréhension des exigences de maintenance solaire
- Compréhension des outils d’exploitation de RWE / du réseau backbone
- Compréhension technique des onduleurs et équipements solaires
- Compréhension de Scada dans les parcs solaires / parcs éoliens / BESS
- Capacité à interagir avec les autres membres de l’équipe
- Formation de niveau universitaire en ingénierie électrique (ou similaire) ou formation spécifique en ingénierie des énergies renouvelables
- Déplacements requis (20%)
