**The Role**
- Join us in shaping the future of renewable energy
- We are looking for a Product Solution Engineer (EMS) to join our Operations team (Product Development CoE) in Madrid. In this senior role, the Product Solution Engineer (EMS) will act as Product Owner for Energy Management Systems across our renewable portfolio, including BESS, Solar + BESS hybrids, and Wind assets.
- As Product Solution Engineer (EMS), you will lead the definition and execution of the EMS product roadmap, gather requirements from stakeholders, and oversee implementation across SCADA, CMMS, and Asset Management systems. The role includes managing consultants, driving the integration of cloud-based solutions, and ensuring reliability, performance, and compliance in all digital platforms.
- This is a hands-on position for an engineer passionate about digital innovation and the energy transition. The Product Solution Engineer (EMS) will play a key role in transforming our Monitoring and Control Centre, developing EMS functionalities for real-time monitoring, alarms, and analytics, while also optimizing asset management processes and spare parts strategies. If you are ready to combine technical leadership with impact in renewables, we’d love to hear from you.
**Desirable skills**:
- Degree in Engineering or Computer Science (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience in digital/software product development within renewables (EMS, BESS, hybridization).
- Strong expertise in SCADA, IIoT, and cloud solutions (AWS, Azure).
- Solid Agile project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication abilities
- Fluency in Spanish & English
