Bunge is committed to operating and thriving in the digital world - creating world class agile teams where teammates are empowered and encouraged to collaborate and test and learn to succeed"._ **_ Main responsibilities:_** - Develop, recommend, and implement strategies for improving the reliability of the manufacturing processes - Ensure that identified elements of the Asset Management Process and Standards are fully implemented and functioning. - Maintain equipment criticality lists. - Identify the critical processes and understand how they affect throughput, quality, environmental and safety compliance. - Develop management indicators that ensure continuous improvement and exposes them to management (KPIs) - Together with the programmer, you will create the weekly and daily routines, always adapting them to the needs of the plant and production, as well as to commercial and strategic decisions. **_ Knowledge and Technical Competencies:_** - Excellent organizational, time-management and communication skills. - Good data management and analysis skills. - Possess a personal style and level of capability that will command respect within both maintenance and operating organizations. - Mobility is important, this role will be one year based in our Barcelona´s plant. After this project, you will be relocated to one of our European plants, so, we are looking for someone willing to travel up to 90% of his/her time. **_ Education / Experience:_** - Bachelor's degree in engineering, or in a related field. - Three to five years of experience in a similar position in a related industry. - Advanced ability to evaluate maintenance progress and facilitate interventions. - Fluency in English.
