Summary Responsible for the management of human resources assigned to their geographic area. Responsible for commissioning, preventive maintenance and repairs for UPS's, batteries and connectivity systems of VERTIV. Their participation is required to establish, promote and maintain excellent relationships with all customers, salespeople, distributors and other agents in their field of action. Maintain continuous communications with the dispatching team, as well as with the coordinators, supervisors and managers of the department. Responsible for assigned spare parts. Ensure the execution of all controls prescribed by the ITC regulations relating to international trade in Vertiv products, services, systems, and technologies that have been composed in whole or in part in the United States. Follow and respect, in all its interventions, the environmental guidelines established by Vertiv Spain, and those that are particular to the client's facilities where the intervention is carried out. Tasks & Responsibilities Respond, in a professional manner, to all assigned service calls while on call. Read, understand and comply with all established procedures. Perform all work safely, and in accordance with the provisions of the security policy. Periodically ensure that spare parts are properly managed. Keep the dispatcher team informed of your scheduled jobs and the status of all open jobs through the defined procedure. Maintain the accuracy of customer information by reporting any errors detected. Send the Service Request (SR) daily, in a timely, correct and complete manner. Keep the vehicle clean and properly maintained. Report and promote any sales or improvement opportunities that are needed in a facility. Attend meetings with clients when required. Be the point of reference for key customers in case of emergency and problem solving. Ensure availability to work during the weekend, evenings or after hours in accordance with local regulations. Work closely with the supervisor to deal with operational issues on a daily basis. Comply with ITC regulations at the user level. Attend the required technical trainings both locally and in the factory. Attend the environmental trainings that are required locally. Know and comply with the obligations of waste producers established by current legislation regarding its handling,
