**What your responsibilities will be**
- Serving as the initial point of contact for VIP user support at the workplace, including multimedia issues such as videoconferences and events.
- Managing and supporting mobile devices and printers.
- Installing corporate devices at the workplace.
- Acting as an escalation point for unresolved incidents in the Service Desk, assisting any user across the company.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and technical staff to address IT system incidents and changes, as well as to facilitate the implementation of new technologies.
- Participating in the development and management of the IT project portfolio

- Bachelor’s degree or engineering in computer science (or similar).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Advanced Certificate level or higher in English and Spanish.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of ITIL will be valued.
- Ability to problem solve.
