About the Company:
The company is a Dutch multinational corporation and one of the largest electronics companies in the world. Currently focused on the area of health technology, with other divisions being divested.
The Profile:
- You have excellent communication skills in Swedish, and you are fluent in English.
- You have proficient MS Office skills.
- You meet network architecture and Consumer Electronics products (wireless audio, smart displays, etc.)
- You have a solid technical affinity. Experience in the technical field is a plus.
- You have analytical skills with demonstrated problem-solving ability.
- You can operate in high-pressure situations.
- You have excellent communication skills and the ability to overcome objections and promote product usage.
- You are able to work Monday to Friday 9:00h - 18:00h.
Your responsibilities:
- Be responsible for short translations, reviewing the webpage to find errors, and improving templates to answer clients.
- Improve customers experience at all levels of the supply chain, driving the brand to excellence.
- By good listening and asking clear and concise questions, identifying customer's technical issues.
- Provide good customer service with the aid of high-quality technical knowledge.
- Collect and document all relevant information to ensure a high level of service.
- Keep up to date with new developments in the technical area, networks and consumer electronics relating to the position.
