Having rapidly grown our Continuous Improvement and AMS Practice, we are looking to open a new, strategic position within it - **SAP Practice Director AMS & Continuous Improvement**

The **SAP Practice Director AMS & Continuous Improvement** will be accountable for the long-term business success of the AMS & Continuous Improvement practice in Europe and act as an expert and face to the market, key customers, and partners.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- ** Business Development**: Generate leads, expand AMS services and enhance market presence through engagements and campaigns
- ** Account Management**: Maintain and extend international customer relationships.
- ** Go-To-Market Strategy**: Define and execute strategies for SAP solutions, develop business plans, and establish partnerships
- ** Sales Process Management**: Oversee sales processes, align delivery strategies, and convert opportunities into successful projects

**Skills and Experience**:
- ** Strategic Vision**: Proven go-to-market strategies, team development, and key account management
- ** Business Development**: Strong pre sales, proposal creation, and revenue-driving skills
- ** Leadership**: Success in managing large accounts and cross-functional teams
- ** Technical Knowledge**: Bridge business needs with technical solutions, experience in Project Management, Service Management & ITIL
- ** Communication**: Fluency in **German** and **English**; Proficiency in other European languages will be considered an advantage.
- ** Flexibility**: Willingness to travel up to 50%
