Your next challenge
The mission of the _Internal Communication Lead_ is to design, implement, and lead internal communication strategies that support cultural integration, guide change management processes, and enhance both employee experience and engagement. In a context of organizational transformation, this role is key to connecting employees with the company’s vision, fostering a sense of belonging, and helping build a strong, aligned organizational culture.

What you’ll be doing:

- Analyze internal communication strategies and campaigns.
- Develop and maintain internal communication content across various platforms.
- Monitor and report on internal communication performance and engagement.
- Conduct research to understand employee needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with HR and communication teams to align internal strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with internal communication trends and best practices.

Certifications Requirements:
Certification in Internal Communication or equivalent preferred.

Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

Work Experience Requirements:
2-4 years of experience in internal communication or a related field.
