**Your work-life opportunity**:
As a Forecast Specialist you will work on the Regional forecasting function. This role will require a mix of operations, stakeholder management, analytical skills, and creativity to tackle different challenges. **Be a part of a team where you will**:

- Execute forecasts at a city level from different countries, being the owner of the process at a Regional level.
- Coordinate with the different countries and cities in order to understand key insights about local markets. Be in contact with Ops Managers, Growth and Marketing and Sales.
- Perform analysis to come up with insights to help to improve the forecast's accuracy.
- You will combine advanced analytical data insights with business understanding and market knowledge.
- Work very close with local teams, to ensure the best in class operations in the region.
- Implement and standardize tools, analytical processes, and playbooks to ensure quality in Operations.

**You have**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Mathematics/Statistics or in similar roles
- 1-2 years experience in a supply/demand planning position. Further experience in Operations is a plus
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Data-driven decision-making is a must.
- Ability to engage internal and external stakeholders through excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel and English. SQL is a plus
- Ability to manage the big picture, and the smallest details. You're always on top of your deadlines and an organization freak.
- Proactive, organized, and obsessed with details
