**REQUISITI**
Ricerchiamo una persona idealmente **residente** **in America Centrale **(Messico o paesi limitrofi) o in alternativa in **Spagna**, che abbia maturato una buona **esperienza nello sviluppo commerciale** dell’area Latino americana e nella **costruzione e gestione di un team** di agenti e venditori.
Per le caratteristiche del mercato e del prodotto, riteniamo un valore aggiunto la provenienza dal settore dei **rivestimenti** (marmo, ceramica) o dal mondo delle **costruzioni** e dei materiali di prestigio per l’**edilizia** venduti nel canale B2B.
Gli obiettivi della casa madre italiana sul mercato latinoamericano sono molto ambiziosi e gli attuali volumi di fatturato sono al di sotto del potenziale: ci piacerebbe quindi trovare un/a manager con forte **orientamento agli obiettivi**, capace di **selezionare e stimolare** anche altri venditori dislocati su più paesi verso il raggiungimento di target via via più ambiziosi.
Sono richiesti una **conoscenza fluente della lingua spagnola e inglese** ed esperienza sui mercati latinoamericani, ciascuno con le proprie specificità.
Servono forte **senso di appartenenza** all’azienda, consapevolezza delle notevoli potenzialità di crescita e conseguente disponibilità a investire tempo ed energie, sapendo di poter contare su un grande gruppo industriale, in grado di soddisfare le ambizioni professionali più alte.
