Tasks

Your responsibilities and impact as Recruitment Team Lead will be:

- Manage by example by rocking your own recruitment processes and client's relations
- Select and manage your team in their daily activities
- Train, coach and develop your people in their careers
- Motivate and think outside the box to grow your people and business line
- Work with other teams of Blu to keep up to date with the market and improve recruitment processes and strategies
- Develop and manage relations with key accounts of your team
- Initiate projects to develop your business line and Blu further

**Requirements**:
Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

- A min. of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment (in agency or consulting is a big +) with success track record
- Experience in managing a team
- Strong motivator with high level of empathy
- Self-starter, energy and willingness to bring ideas and take initiatives
- Previous international experience in a must
- Excellent level of English
