Our company is a Recruitment agency located in Barcelona.We started this adventure in 2006 as a recruitment agency specialized in international profiles. We keep on working in order to offer the best solutions in recruitment and talent development.
Tasks
As a Recruitment Team Lead, your main responsibilities will be:
- You will be managing the recruitment team ( daily and weekly meetings, monitoring processes of recruitment consultants, KPI tracking and analysing performance,...).
- Taking part in the decision process of the department.
- You will be responsible for resources and activities allocation considering workload and results.
- Recruitment coordination of large scale projects.
- Training and coaching of new employees.
- You will be responsible for client satisfaction and follow up
**Requirements**:
**You are the person we are looking for if**:
- You have experience managing teams.
- You have an advanced level of English and Spanish. Other languages are an additional asset.
- You have a university education preferably in Economics, Labor Relations or similar.
- You are client and results oriented, with communication skills, enthusiastic, proactive and with critical capacity.
- You want to develop your career and keep growing with us
