Join our global TUI Musement team within our specialist business brand Intercruises as a Billing Agent where you will work in close collaboration with both the port operations team, the accounts payable team of the cruise company and the suppliers and subagents. Based in Barcelona, Spain, you will support Port Agents and Supervisors invoicing the port agency calls, preparing payments to suppliers and dealing with the client’s queries.
Intercruises Shoreside & Port Services is a specialist business providing cruise ship handling services to cruise lines in destinations throughout the world.
ABOUT THE JOB
The billing agent will be responsible of reconciliations of supplier´s statements supporting TUI’s P2P department.
Organize and maintain all backup documentation from the ships´ calls.
Actively support the finance and port agency teams, with general office administrative duties.
Generate / send invoices to ship-owners and solve any query/dispute that may be raised.
ABOUT YOU
Good academic background, with strong experience in administration.
Desirable, previous experience in ship industry working on finance and invoicing.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral.
Problem solving and analytical skills.
Good office administration and organizational skills with a keen eye for attention to detail.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
Multitask and prioritization.
