**Job Description**:
The** Financial Reporting Product Leads**, Delivery Leads (DL) EPM Systems Product are responsible for a Product Team’s ways of working and guiding teams using a variety of delivery techniques to realise the Product roadmap. They share many of the same characteristics as Scrum Masters: an ability to coach and empower teams to realise value and a relentless focus on impediment removal.

Value Stream Delivery Leads are jointly focused on supporting Product Owners and Technical Leads to manage the product lifecycle and roadmap, and optimising the flow of work to realise value sooner. They build trusting relationships across teams to align roadmaps, manage risks and product compliance responsibilities. The role can vary across organisations, being more project management focused in some, or more strategy, service-focused and coaching-focused in others. Their day to day activities can vary as they support team members as and when necessary.

Adevinta seeks an experienced Senior Technical Lead to manage end to end project implementations and strategy setting with primary focus across Tier 1 EPM solutions, such as OneStream. Taking a Senior role within the company, you will work with all levels of the company to manage the deliverables of the project team and owner within the business as usual environment.

You will:_**
- Work collaboratively with the Product Owner and Technical Leads to ensure roadmaps strike the right balance between business delivery, technology enablement and operations work.
- Manage the operational aspects of the delivery teams across a product line, ensuring financial, risk, legal, security and other compliance requirements are met.
- Maximise the flow of value through the Product by systematically measuring and removing impediments, and ensuring a metrics-focused approach to measuring Objectives & Key Results realisation and Product performance.
- Champion and drive adoption of agile ways of working in the Product teams.
- Drive the supplier performance, including ensuring alignment with the organisation’s ways of working and values, assessing performance and fostering strong relationships that encourage continuous improvement and innovation.
- Realise the Product’s objectives and key results and other value metrics defined on the Product roadmap.

**Qualifications**:

Proven demonstrable EPM business development and implementation experience and are considered an expert and leader in your field
- Cross vendor (Oracle, Anaplan, OneStream, Tagetik, SAP) and cross industry delivery and business development experience is preferable
- Technical and business level English is a must
- Comfortable engaging at a senior level - typically CFOs and CIOs
- A confident approach, self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- A flexible and team focused working style within a multi-functional team
- Have a positive team-player spirit, which benefits both groups and individuals
- Experienced in project and programme management in a global environment (preferably in more than one function/ business) and with different methodologies (traditional, agile and hybrid)
- Good working knowledge in project and portfolio as well as agile work/team management tools
- Ability to quickly build relationships and establish credibility across BTS, Finance and the Business functions
- Education to Degree level as minimum
