You are fluent in English and Spanish, and you thrive both independently and as part of a team.THE JOBReporting directly to the Head of Digital Frontend, you will play a key role in driving the digital transformation of our commercial operations. You will be responsible for developing and implementing IT strategies that enhance commercial capabilities, improve efficiency, and support the company’s growth objectives.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Develop and execute the Digital & IT strategy to support commercial excellence initiatives.
- Lead the implementation of digital solutions that optimize sales and Route to Market processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across different markets to identify needs and propose solutions.
- Manage technology projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
- Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for improving commercial performance.
- Ensure the security and integrity of commercial data and systems, staying up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Manage relationships with external suppliers and internal teams, ensuring the adoption of standard processes and integration of systems at global, regional, and local levels.
- Lead change management and the adoption of new technologies among stakeholders.

WHAT DO I NEED TO SUCCEED IN THE ROLE- University degree or engineering qualification with a specialization in IT.
- Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, acting as a business partner and managing multiple solutions and integrations.
- Demonstrated experience leading IT projects in the consumer goods sector, especially in commercial/sales areas.
- Advanced knowledge of commercial excellence technologies: CRM, SFA, B2B, AI, Data & Analytics.
- Strong project management, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
