Engineering & Maintenance Manager

**Key Tasks**:
- Manage and lead teams, encouragin professional development through effective communication in alignment with the company's strategy.
- Lead and manage the maintenance team to ensure the ongoing operational readiness of the faciltiies and equipment. Implement best practices for preventive maintenance, calibration and repair.
- Oversee the design and execution of engineering projects, including the development of project plans, budgets and timelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Ensure all the pharmaceutical production equipments is properly maintained to meet regulatory requirements. Minimize equipment downtime and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
- Maintain a deep understanding of relevant regulatory standards, including cGMP and FDA requirements. Ensure that all engineering and maintenance activities adhere to these standards.
- Develop and manage department's budget, including cost forecasting and control. Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Promote a culture of safety, environmental stewardship, and sutainability, implement safety protocols and ensure adherence and cross-functional collaboration.
- Maintain accuerate records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and project documentation. Ensure all records are compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and oversee emergency response plans for critical mainteance and engineering situations.
- Coordinate with the different departments the execution of internal and external maintenance activities.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
- Master's degree / doctorate in the area of engineering, biotechnology or related fie
- At least 5 years of people management in leadership.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in engineering and maintenance management preferably in the field of pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
- Fluent in english
