**As a manager you will**:

- Drive architectural improvements to enhance code quality, performance, and maintainability.
- Proactive collaboration to support adoption and integration of shared-code components.
- Establish and enforce best practices for inner-source contributions and code standards, adapting policies to reduce frictions felt by contributors.
- Act as a technical partner in designing and refining AI and LLM-related systems.
- Advocate for developer experience, usability, and self-service patterns in shared codebases.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
- Identify and manage project risks, developing contingency plans to address unforeseen obstacles and maintain project momentum.
- Lead and motivate a diverse team of professionals, providing guidance and direction to ensure project goals are met efficiently and effectively, fostering a collaborative and results-driven team environment.
- Monitor project performance and take proactive measures to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Foster clear and transparent communication channels with stakeholders, team members, and senior management to provide updates on project status, milestones, and potential challenges.
- Collaborate and communicate with other managers and leaders to coordinate cross-project initiatives and activities.
- Demonstrate an understanding of company objectives and effectively participate in the development and implementation of business solutions.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Master's degree in computer science, Engineering, Physics, Data Science, Operations Research, or related field.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering, software architecture, data science, IT and/or other relevant engineering domains.
- 1+ year of successful management experience in leading and managing engineering teams in a technology-driven company.
- Strong understanding of software engineering, with experience in building and maintaining scalable systems.
- Demonstrated success improving developer workflows and enabling collaboration across teams.
- Excellent command of Python, Docker and Git.
- Experience with GitHub/GitLab workflows and functionalities.
- Familiarity with LLMs and Generative AI techniques, such as fine tuning, pruing, RAG, transfer learning, etc.
