We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Game Producer to join our team and drive the development and execution of our AAA gaming titles within the Web3 space. As the Lead Producer, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the end-to-end production process, from concept to launch, ensuring the delivery of high-quality gaming experiences that resonate with our target audience. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including game developers, designers, marketers, and art team, you will be responsible for driving innovation, fostering collaboration, and delivering exceptional gaming experiences that push the boundaries of the gaming industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the production of AAA gaming titles within the Web3 space, overseeing all aspects of the development process, including game design, art direction, programming, and quality assurance.
- Partner closely with the Leads of game development, design, and art departments to collectively define project scope, establish timelines, and set deliverables, ensuring harmonization with our creative vision and overarching business goals.
- Manage project resources, budgets, and schedules to optimize efficiency and meet project milestones and deadlines.
- Identify and mitigate risks, obstacles, and challenges throughout the production lifecycle, proactively implementing solutions to ensure project success.
- Foster a culture of innovation, creativity, and excellence within the production team, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to team members.
- Coordinate with external partners, vendors, and contractors to augment internal production capabilities and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Drive continuous improvement in production processes, tools, and methodologies, leveraging best practices and emerging technologies within the gaming and Web3 industries.
- Present regular updates, progress reports, and insights to senior leadership on production status, milestones, and challenges.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Computer Science, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven track record of success in senior production roles within the gaming industry, with experience in AAA game production and understanding of Web3 technologies is a must.
- Deep understanding of game development processes, workflows, and best practices, as well as emerging trends in Web3 technology.
- Strong leadership, project management, and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage competing priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Experience with game engines, development tools, and software development methodologies used in AAA game production.
- Passion for gaming and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional gaming experiences that resonate with players.
- Proficiency in project management tools, production pipelines, and industry-standard software used in game development.
