**In Summary**:
We have this fantastic opportunity for a QA/QC tester to step up and join our WHS team as a technical QA Lead. As a QA Tech Lead, you will be supporting the QA Manager and the QA team as they form the team to ensure the highest quality products and environments in the US market. You will work closely with the QA team and be responsible for their planning, coaching, and creating test cases.

The QA Tech Lead will also work with our compliance team, game coordinators, integrations, and technical teams.

**The Job**:

- Inspiring and motivating our QA team.
- Support, assist, and supervise the work of the QA team.
- Preparing and creating test scenarios for the QA team, necessary to implement the weekly plan.
- Assistance in creating a test plan strategy together with QA Manager.
- Work with the QA Manager, and support as needed.
- Perform manual testing tasks where necessary.
- Using Confluence, Jira, Xray, ClickUp, and development tools.
- Ensure business objectives are met on time and with quality.

**What you already have**:

- Experience working in the iGaming industry.
- The ability to write clear and concise documentation.
- Very good communication skills.
- An excellent eye for detail.
- Open to innovation, looking for the best ways to improve teamwork processes.
- Good interpersonal skills and a great team attitude.
- A well-organized person who likes to organize the work of others.
- The ability to quickly learn new things and adapt.
- Ability to think outside the box and test edge-case scenarios.
- Exposure to testing against strict regulatory or legal requirements would be an advantage.
