**A successful HRIS Analyst will**:

- Builds, modifies, executes, and schedules BI reports for HR and other company leaders.
- Gathering HC Data from BU´s HRM´s to maintain updated HRIS system (New Hires, Terminations, Job Changes)
- Conciliate HC figures against FP&A (Finance) data reported in a monthly basis and Cross-reference significant Payroll information from different sources to structure useful data to achieve goals.
- Optimize data collection and management processes with Excel / Access, develop reports across different business units.
- Automate data processes programmatically with Power BI or Data Analytics tool provided by Company.
- Collaborate with Sr Mgr - Global HR leaders to ensure integrity of global data files.
- Prepares training materials, guides, and documentation.
- Provides user training and hands-on support.
- Ensures system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.
- Assists with scheduled data and security audits.
- Assists in submission of mandatory government reporting.
- Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in HRIS providers, vendors, and technology.
- Performs other duties as assigned

**A successful HRIS Analyst will have**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field required.
- 2+ years’ experience in HR information systems preferred.
- Functional Human Resources experience
- Strong communicator, able to articulate complex topics both verbally and in writing to various audiences
- Superior analytical and problem resolution skills
- Highly self-motivated
- Proficiency in Excel, ACCES, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI (ex: Vlookup, Pivot tables)
- Proficient in English
