**What you will be doing...**

Idealmente, estará ubicado en el aeropuerto de Palma Mallorca, sin embargo, consideraremos Ibiza, Mahón, Barcelona, Girona o Reus como su base. Reportando al Supervisor de Capacitación de Operaciones Terrestres, el Entrenador de Operaciones Terrestres será responsable de brindar capacitación en el aula, apoyo y entrenamiento a los colegas de Front of House para garantizar que trabajen y operen de acuerdo con nuestra cultura de seguridad y filosofía de marca.

Identificarás y analizarás las necesidades individuales de formación y desarrollo, haciendo recomendaciones en línea con el Marco de Liderazgo. Será responsable de la entrega de entrenamiento y apoyo para todos los equipos de atención al público, asegurando que la capacitación se adapte a los requisitos individuales. Como parte del equipo de capacitación, será responsable del diseño y desarrollo de la capacitación inicial y recurrente para todos los equipos de atención al público para ayudarlos a alcanzar los más altos estándares de desempeño.
