You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the Sales and Marketing strategy and activities in Iberia for the Bars&Rods (B&R) Products of ArcelorMittal Long Europe, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, driving market expansion and fostering strong customer relationships.

**Tasks and responsibilities**:

- Lead sales strategies, planning and executions for achieving the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on growth, market share, contribution margin, customer satisfaction and flawless sales processes for Bars & Rods products from Gijon mill
- Lead and develop B&R sales team based in Iberia (2 people)
- Support the back-office activities related to sales such as production planning, account receivables follow up, claim management.
- Support the Europe Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) in sales and marketing strategy and new business development plans and executions
- Support B&R Business Optimization team in issuing periodical analyses and reports about sales metrics
- Support development of new products and homologation activities in collaboration with B&R Product Development team and relevant departments in the mill.

**Profile and qualifications**:

- Min 10 years of experience in B2B sales function in an industry in Iberia, ideally in a multinational company active in construction, Mechanical&Electrical or automotive sectors
- Engineering degree will be considered as a plus
- Successful track records of managing major customers/key accounts
- Strong commercial acumen with highly developed communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain solid relationships with clients and stakeholders within the region
- Effective leadership and team management skills, ability to inspire and develop a high-performing sales team
- Financial literacy and ability to use Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, etc)
- Fluency in English, Spanish (writing, speaking, listening) is compulsory, in another language (preferably Portuguese, German or French) will be considered as plus
- Driving License (B) ; around 50% traveling is required (mainly Spain - presence in Gijon mill minimum 3 times per month, Portugal and punctually in Europe).
