Senior Product Manager, Business Innovations Emea

**Description**:
As a **Senior Product Manager**, you will be responsible to drive compelling product and portfolio positioning and deliver integrated go-to-market launches, for the orthodontics and general practitioners’ businesses in the EMEA region.

This opportunity to join the Invisalign Portfolio team places you at the heart of product innovation in the EMEA region, with key responsibilities to work on the long-term portfolio strategy and design and propose new solutions that address the needs of our customers in EMEA. You will work on initiatives that strengthen our product utilization for orthodontists and general practitioners, while defining and delivering our portfolio and product value proposition.

The Senior Product Manager will report into the Director of Marketing, Portfolio EMEA and will be based in Madrid, Spain

**Role expectations**:

- Be the champion of the Invisalign portfolio to inspire orthodontists and general practitioner in the science of the Invisalign System
- Define proposals for new or revised product solutions part of the Invisalign portfolio, to enable sustainable long-term growth - including development of business cases
- Develop and implement product strategy to meet business and revenue goals, including product positioning, value proposition development, product training, pricing, KOLs and not limited to
- Develop market data and analytics to fuel the go-to-market planning and develop compelling insights for the teams and the externally facing product materials
- Responsible for developing/executing scalable pilot initiatives and limited market releases for new products/innovations
- Create marketing campaigns to support product launches
- Collaborate and work cross-functionally with the brand, marketing communications, clinical education, commercial and other relevant regional marketing teams
- Partner closely with the Global team as product champion for the region - for development and introduction of new innovations and product innovation pipeline, market and customer insights, managing product ideas pipeline to product launch excellence in the region
- Participate in the creation of the strategic plan for EMEA
- Develop and maintain relationships with speakers, customers and universities, in collaboration with the education and professional relations teams
- Track overall results including identification and monitoring of key metrics and other data sources that gauge the health and growth of the business, and future business trends
- Analyze the incremental impact of new product and innovations including ROI
- Understand customer mindset and barriers to adoption and utilization, and drive successful initiatives that ladder to business objectives
- Proactively drive clinical case studies, clinical presentations, publications and dissemination of new clinical research (in partnership with the Clinical Education team)

**What we're looking for**:

- Bachelor degree or above, preferably in a marketing or business related field.
- 7+ years of proven work experience in Product Management/Product Marketing ideally at regional EMEA level
- Experience within the healthcare, pharmaceutical or medical device industry desired
- Fluency in English
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strategic thinker with a growth mindset
- Strong analytical skills including comfort with data analysis, modeling, and understanding of financial implications
- Strong ability to seamlessly work cross-functionally to achieve and deliver
- Hands-on self-starter who enjoys a fast-paced, fast-growing and always changing environment and can manage multiple projects at a time
- A passion for the product and continuous improvement mindset
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to travel up to 40% of the time (TBC)
