Communications Manager

Hi there We are Semrush, a global IT company developing our own product - a platform for digital marketers.

And this is our **Communications Manager **role for idea generators, planning geniuses, and natural-born analysts.

**Tasks in the role**:

- Responsible for managing end-to-end collaborations and communications with industry-related influencers, as well as managing marketing campaigns while building a community.
- Develop robust influencer marketing tactics across performance, awareness, and retention funnels, including seeding, brand ambassador management, opportunistic influencer activations, and fully integrated influencer-led marketing campaigns.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term partnerships with SEO and digital marketing leaders whilst ensuring continued research into new influencers to build a future pipeline.
- Evolve and strengthen our personal brand by engaging with the SEO community and influencers online and offline, speaking at conferences and webinars, initiating marketing trend research, etc.

**Who we are looking for**:

- 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Profound knowledge of SEO/Digital Marketing and their trending topics.
- Bachelor’s Degree in any related fields, such as Marketing, PR, Advertising.
- You have a strong personal brand and public speaking experience.
- You are already an active member of the SEO & marketing community.
- You’re an intuitive collaborator with experience working cross-functionally and with external stakeholders. You know when to bring people together and when to take the lead.
- You know how to work autonomously and on multiple different projects at a time, all while keeping track of the details of each.
- You’re a self-starter who proactively pitches ideas to internal and external teams.
- Able to work collaboratively, build actionable plans, and execute projects across groups and teams.

**A bit about the team**:
As the Communications Manager for Semrush, you will be a part of our Influencers team. You will be Semrush’s voice in the SEO & marketing community and will be responsible for all communications with Semrush industry leaders and up-and-coming experts. You will work closely with the Growth & Brand teams to deliver a seamless Influencer plan, developing and strengthening brand awareness.
