We are currently looking for a skilled and passionate IT manager interested in joining our dynamic company, located in Barcelona area. He will have two main goals. One is to manage and oversee the company's technology infrastructure, ensuring that hardware, software, and networking systems are reliable, efficient, and secure. And the other is to develop and implement effective technology strategies that support business growth and
drive innovation.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and contribute (hands-on) in IT operation activities to ensure that hardware, software and networking systems are available, reliable, efficient and secure.
- Installation and maintenance of personal computers, servers, printers, network, and backup systems.
- Manage licenses and accounts for company services (office365, ERP, CRM, BI, etc)
- Solve IT issues.
- Manage and develop the IT team.
- Negotiate, supervise, and collaborate with different IT providers.
- Manage IT budget and ensure cost effectiveness.
- Define and implement IT policies, rules, and procedures.
- Define and implement training programs.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure that technology systems meet the company’s needs.
- Identify and implement new technologies that improve operations.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure that the company remains competitive.
- Provide expert support on computer systems and operating systems for company’s products development, manufacture, and maintenance.

Requisitos mínimos
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years as IT team lead with strong technical/hands-on orientation.
- Excellent cross functional collaboration skills

OTHER SKILLS
- Strong technical skills, with expertise in networking infrastructure, servers, backup systems, personal computers, office365 and cybersecurity.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent project management skills. Ability to manage and motivate teams, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and make strategic decisions.
- Be able to align technology strategies with business goals.
- Be able to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders, as well as communicate effectively with team members and external partners.
