**Quality Assurance Technician**
**Job Description**:
**Goals**
To join the team of Quality Assurance, Health, Safety, Environment & Security of Lipotec (QA&HSES) assigned to Quality Assurance activities for cosmetic products, especially cosmetic ingredients and bulk final formulations.
To help in the maintenance of the Quality Management System under cosmetic GMP standards (ISO 22716, EFfCI standard).
To contribute to the further development of the QMS according to market and regulatory needs.
**Responsibilities**
- Lead the activities related to treatment of deviations and OOS product with a focus in decision making, analysis of root causes and proposition of corrective measures.
- Lead the process of complaints management.
- Overview the tech transfer process from R&D prototypes to manufacturing instructions, collaborating with the involved departments from a QA perspective.
- Review and approve product specifications and shelf-life assignments. Be instrumental in the management of changes related to those aspects.
- Review integrity of the batches manufactured at Lipotec facilities.
- Prepare and perform audits both internal and to external suppliers. Follow-up CAPA plans derived.
- Collaborate with the management of training and qualification of employees, including new hirings and external contractors.
- Collaborate with the sales teams in delivering quality-related information and documents for customers under request.
**Skills, Experience, and Qualifications**
- BS or MS in Sciences.
- Fluency in English is a must. Knowledge of other languages and advanced computer skills (especially knowledge of quality management software) will be valued.
- Proactive approach to problem solving and good interpersonal skills. Collaborative and team building attitude.
- Ability to build consensus between stakeholders with different approaches and interests.
