- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Sourcing Analyst, that will be based in Madrid, Spain, in NEXTracker office.
- In this position, you will report to the
_SR. Director
- Sourcing_. The Sourcing Analyst will perform specific cost optimization analysis, either generic or on a project-by-project basis to support strategic sourcing decision and specific project sales.
- What a typical day looks like:

- You will support specific projects sourcing strategy by performing landed cost analysis and cost scenario analysis;
- Will identify patterns in cost analysis to drive sourcing strategy;
- Prepare and manage Requests for Quotation (RFQs);
- Analyze steel markets and perform supplier screening and qualification;
- Review and analyze quotations;
- Develop and maintain suppliers’ scorecards;
- Support new supplier development and qualification;
- Support process optimization in the Supply Chain department.
- The experience we're looking to add to the team:

- Bachelor’s degree in a technical and/or business major;
- Previous experience in Supply Chain, solar and/or steel sector preferred;
- Experience working in an international environment;
- Solid structuring and analytical skills to keep track of multiple projects and vendors, in an international and multicultural environment;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong data analysis skills ;
- Experience with VBA will be appreciated;
- Advanced communication skills (written and verbal);
- Fluent oral and written communications in English and Spanish;
- Results orientation and demonstrated ability to think out of the box to drive results;
- Ability to handle ambiguity, autonomous, with passionate drive to innovate and create.
