**Patient Coordinator**

Full Time - Marbella (Spain)

Immucura is an international provider of non-invasive cancer treatments, based on immunotherapy with dendritic cells. Our treatments are scientifically advanced, with personalized and empathetic patient care throughout the process.
**Job description**

We are looking for a Patient Coordinator to assist our Medical Team Manager’s daily functions. You will support day-to-day operations by performing administrative tasks and ensuring high quality customer service for our patients. As a Patient Coordinator, you will perform various tasks on a daily basis. So, you should be able to multitask and prioritize. We also expect you to handle sensitive information confidentially. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our medical teams smooth operation by accurately completing administrative tasks in a timely manner. Reporting directly to the Medical Team Manager.

**Responsibilities**
- Update and maintain patients’ health records
- Schedule and coordinate consultations
- Use CRM medical software to support all transactions
- Collaborate Medical Team Manager to schedule tests and order supplies
- Ensure compliance with procedures
- Keep up-to-date with changes within the Medical Team

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Medical administrative assistant
- Hands on experience with CRM medical software and MS Office
- Knowledge of healthcare operations
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Customer-oriented communication skills
- Assistant in Nursing, certification in medical administration is a plus

**Conditions**:
**Salary**: 2,400.00€ per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- 29601 Marbella, Málaga: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
