Developments.es & New Build PropertiesDevelopments.es & New Build Properties is an established international real estate company with offices in Costa del Sol, Costa Blanca, and Dubai .Our team is made up of motivated professionals from across Europe, all working together to deliver exceptional service to clients looking to buy property in Spain.We are currently expanding our Telemarketing Department in Bel‑Air (Estepona) and are looking for a French/Polish‑speaking Booking Agent to join our growing team.The RoleAs a Booking Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients who have already shown interest in buying property in Spain. Your goal is to engage with them, qualify their needs, and book an online meeting with one of our real estate agents.You will be speaking with leads from our database – clients who have requested more information or previously shown interest in buying a property in Spain.It’s a structured, communication-focused role ideal for someone confident, motivated, and ready to grow in a professional environment.What We OfferFixed base salary: €1,700 gross/monthPerformance bonuses: €50–€500 per month based on successful bookings heldCommission on final property sales generated from your bookingsFull-time, permanent contract ( indefinido ) under Spanish labor lawFull training provided – no prior experience neededInternational team environment with colleagues from across EuropeModern office in Bel‑Air, EsteponaClear structure, goals, and opportunities for professional growthYour ResponsibilitiesContact potential clients from our database who have requested information, been in contact with us previously, or signed up through one of our websitesBuild rapport, qualify interest, and understand their needsSchedule online meetings for our real estate agentsFollow a proven process and booking system using CRM tools and Google FormsRepresent the company with professionalism, energy, and integrityWho You AreNative or fluent French/Polish native speaker with strong English communication skillsFriendly, confident, and motivated to achieve resultsLives within 30 minutes of Bel‑Air (Estepona) – this is a full‑time, office‑based position (no remote option)Comfortable working two Saturdays per month as part of a rotating scheduleBasic computer skills (CRM or Google Workspace knowledge is a plus)Positive mindset, team player, and motivated by delivering quality resultsLooking for a stable, long‑term opportunity in a professional companyWhy Developments.es?Here, you’re not just a voice on the phone – you’re a key player in a company that values professionalism, teamwork, and growth.
