**The Role**:
We are looking for a go-getter to join the team as Marketing Lead (Agents Tribe). This role will be the voice of the customer (internal and external agents, as well as agencies) in the tribe. While the role will be based in Spain, the responsibility covers both Spain as well as U.A.E.
The Tribe Marketing Lead will:
- Take a lead on identifying which customer segments to target (and why)
- Develop and execute the marketing plan for new product / feature launches, working with other stakeholders to develop 360 campaigns (e.g. including PR, events, paid media, social - if relevant)
- Craft a wide range of content deliverables from microcopy, to marketing materials, landing pages, blogs, and transactional / growth comms
- Work with Product Designers on conducting research / discovery
**Requirements**:
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing
- Ability to prioritize, and manage multiple task with conflicting timelines
- Ability to work with a complex stakeholder matrix across different regions
- Demonstrate resilience, and ability to thrive despite ambiguity and change
- Strong project management skills
- Creative problem solver
- Prior BTL marketing experience preferred
- Fluency in English and Spanish required
- Product marketing experience is a plus (but not required)
