We are scaling in the United States and international markets with a strong focus on influencers, community building, paid acquisition, and aggressive product marketing.Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Marketing Team Lead to own and drive our marketing execution. This role is not about doing everything alone. It is about managing people and processes across content, influencers, paid ads, and community directions to achieve measurable results.You will work directly with executives, manage external creatives, and coordinate campaigns that drive deposits, trading volume, and user growth.Key Responsibilities Plan and execute weekly and monthly marketing campaigns across multiple channelsCoordinate content creation with copywriters, designers, video editors, ambassadors, and influencersManage paid marketing initiatives including social ads, PPC, and channel experimentsTrack, measure, and report marketing performance by campaign and channelBuild and maintain influencer and community marketing programsOversee publishing calendars across X, Instagram, Kick, TikTok, YouTube, Discord, Reddit, and moreAlign product messaging with new launches, APY promotions, features, and updatesMaintain brand voice, visuals, and compliance standards across all contentResearch competitor marketing strategies and identify winning tacticsWork with compliance and AML when needed for communication guidanceSuggest and manage marketing tools and software for analytics and automationManage marketing tasks, deadlines, and peopleWhat Success Looks Like Structured campaigns instead of random postsStrong coordination between content, design, and influencersPaid ads running with clear budgets and KPIsHigher retention and conversion across funnelsConsistent brand presence across social platformsMeasurable growth in deposits, trading volume, signups, and verified usersRequirements Proven experience in a marketing lead or similar roleExperience in crypto, fintech, or trading platforms is a strong plusUnderstanding of paid ads (FB Ads, Google Ads, Twitter Ads, TikTok Ads)Experience managing content pipelines and social media accountsFamiliarity with influencer collaboration and social growth strategiesStrong communication and management skillsComfortable with KPI reporting and metric-driven decision makingAbility to work in dynamic, fast-moving environmentsFluent EnglishNice to Have Experience with crypto communities (Twitter, Discord, Telegram, Reddit)Experience in U.S. consumer fintech productsExperience with affiliate programs or referral systemsKnowledge of SEO and growth marketing conceptsCompensation Competitive salary or monthly contract rate at range of $3500 - $5500Performance-based bonusesOpportunity to grow into Marketing Director role#J-18808-Ljbffr
