**The Role**
- Supporting procurement purchases in the IT services industry as part of an international team of lawyers
- Analyzing and advising on all types of legal matters in connection with IT contracts with vendors in Europe and the Middle EastNegotiating IT contracts as part of a multidisciplinary team

**Who You Are**

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Law degree in any European country
- At least three years of relevant professional experience as an in-house lawyer or as an attorney at law
- Contracting and negotiation expertise
- Experience with working in an international team and on English language contracts
- Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English (C2 level in the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages)

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
- Admission to the local Bar (Spain)
- Experience with different commodity types in the field of IT transactions (e.g., software, hardware, Cloud services)
- Experience with negotiating client agreements in the IT sector would be considered an advantage
- Additional relevant qualifications (for example LL.M. in IT/IP or Privacy Law) or further Bar admissions would be considered an advantageAdvanced knowledge of other European languages, allowing understanding and negotiating of contracts in those languages (B2 in European Language Framework)
