Somos un verdadero acelerador de tu carrera profesional y te ayudamos a desarrollar las siguientes habilidades: - Autonomía - Toma de iniciativas - Intrapreneurship KLB Group Spain, consultoría experta en implementación de proyectos y gestión de equipos, busca para su equipo de **Madrid** un **IT Senior Buyer and Bids Procurement Manager**. **Descripción**: As Procurement Bid Manager to be responsible for providing coordination of and support to the Sales & Bid community, making high quality decisions for best-fit product and service acquisition options. He/she will also be actively involved in pre-sale activity to give a competitive advantage by getting the best possible conditions from the service suppliers involved in the project opportunity. The Buyer is responsible for bringing to his/her entity a step change in savings/value (e.g., quality, service, total vendor value) of a minimum 5% ongoing annual savings improvement or value contribution by working together with respective Global and Local peers and stakeholders. He/she is responsible to assure that savings realization is achieved. For local actions, he/she helps users in the writing of specifications, runs tenders, negotiates, formalizes contracts, contribute cash management of the Company through proactive actions and proper rules applied in the contracting PO phase, monitors supplier performance, drives continuous improvement and innovation of the suppliers, and measures internal customer satisfaction. The internal customers should be kept satisfied in terms of: cost, quality, lead-times and service level of suppliers. He/She drives simplification of processes, for instance, through annual or multi-year contracts and reduction of the number of suppliers. **Requisitos minimos**: - Education: University, engineering or business school, ideally with specialization in Purchasing. - Degree: Bachelor or Master Degree. - Requirements: 4-5 years’ experience in a similar Procurement environment is required with a focus on subcontracting/services area (both IT and Indirect services): - Experienced on BtP with Good knowledge of procurement process and tools - Experienced on Contract drafting with strong negotiation skills. - Experienced on Demand management. - Experienced on supporting Pre-sales Bids is a must, Native in Spanish and very fluent in English is mandatory.
