Ready to join us? **About this opportunity** Align Oral Health is a leading SaaS AI designed to improve dental x-ray diagnostics. As the Associate Director you will be responsible for the management of of our Align Oral Health portfolio commercialization in the Americas and EMEA region. Responsibility includes significant cross-functional leadership to plan and execute new product and software launches. You will develop and execute programs that strengthen our product utilization while redefining and delivering our value proposition. The role includes key aspects of channel marketing and product management/marketing such as innovation roadmap, life cycle management, messaging, and product placement. You will own customer management from A-Z, meaning from the initial lead to the subscription renewing customer. **In this role, you will** - Define. Execute and manage the Oral Health digital customer journey - Lead the NPI commercial launch process for AXI in EMEA and AMS, including product positioning, value proposition development, pricing, key claims, KOLs and early adopter targeting - Manage the development and implementation of Marketing campaigns supporting the customer journey strategy, especially new customer recruitment - Own customer relationship and automate through CRM system - Manage leads pipeline and (key) customer relationships - Identify customer segmentation, identify leads, drive customer calls/demos and work with sales team to close sale for leads - Manage Global and EMEA marketing agencies to create innovative assets for the practice - Use analytics and insights (including campaign ROI, customer reimbursement and competition) to support execution of the marketing plan - Continuously improve the customer experience with implementation of (personalized) digital tools and End-2-End workflows - Track overall business results including identification and monitoring of key metrics and other data sources that gauge the health and growth of the business, and future business trends - Work cross-functionally to develop programs and initiatives with other Align Line Of Businesses - Ensure best practice sharing on SaaS commercialization - Understand regional market trends, practice and patient needs, and requirements - Train and educate commercial stakeholders on required aspects of SaaS commercialization models and Oral Health customer journey including development of training collateral **In this role, you’ll need ** - Bachelor/Master degree, preferably in a marketing or business-related field - 10+ years of work experience in Marketing - SaaS experience, preferable within a regulated field and within healthcare/MedTech - Excellent communication and presentation skills in English - Ability to lead and collaborate with cross functional groups - Strategic thinker, highly organized, action and results oriented - Strong time management skills, sense of urgency - Expert in Powerpoint, Excel, Word, and overall computer organizational skills - Enjoy the start-up spirit, while being part of one of the leading dental companies - To be willing to travel 20%-30% **Sound like a good fit?** Great Click the "Apply" link to let us know you are interested.
