As a System Administrator at Kyndryl, you’ll solve complex problems and identify potential future issues across the spectrum of platforms and services. Platform administration and monitoring: This involves performing generic administration and maintenance tasks (script generation, data loading, etc.) and those specific to each platform.

Platform and installation documentation: This involves generating, upon request, documentation related to the managed platforms.

Service monitoring: Monitoring of services through end-user experience tools and dashboards. This activity includes reporting detected events, their follow-up, and the preparation of defined reports.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Installation, corrective and preventive maintenance, configuration, and administration of the products included in the management platform's technological platform.

Installation, development, and deployment of monitoring agents, addition and deletion of elements in the monitoring platform, definition of rules and traps

Administration and maintenance of the service tree, configuration management, and availability of technological services.

Management of security vulnerabilities in the products included in the management platform's technological platform.

Generation and updating of indicators, dashboards, maps, and scorecards.

SQL language against Oracle databases. Programming in shell script and Perl.
