We are looking for an Active Directory / Systems Administrator to join our team for a leading international company in the insurance sector , working in a complex, dynamic and global IT environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administration, maintenance and continuous improvement of the Active Directory infrastructure.
- Monitoring system performance, availability and reliability across multiple environments.
- Patch management, system updates and lifecycle management.
- Troubleshooting, incident investigation and resolution related to authentication and directory services.
- Support and integration of non-Microsoft systems using LDAP.
- Collaboration with internal IT teams and external vendors.
- Analysis and implementation of RBAC-based delegation models.
- Participation in automation and process improvement initiatives.
Skills:
Essential:
- Proven experience as a System Administrator in complex infrastructures.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory services (DNS, GPO, Trusts, authentication).
- Experience in monitoring, troubleshooting and incident management.
- Ability to work in international, distributed teams.
- High English spoken and written fluent (B2/C).
Desirable:
- Experience with automation and scripting (PowerShell).
- Knowledge of disaster recovery, auditing or monitoring tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
