**What’s the role?**
You’ll be an Ambassador for Insights internal and external clients acting as the main point of contact across Spain and Portugal supporting our Partner community. Using your exceptional customer care skills you’ll sustain, grow and develop our Partners through their understanding and use of the Insights Discovery portfolio within their learning solutions for their clients.

**Day to day you’ll**:

- Provide post-sales support to our Partner Account Managers and Partner Development Managers for their managed partners
- Engage with Partners to deepen their understanding and use of Discovery in their business
- Support the qualification and development of recruitment opportunities including the initial onboarding of new partners
- Manage phone and inbox enquiries from our Partners and Learning Practitioners
- Provide sales support to Partner Channel in set up of new Partners
- Plan and prioritise activities to deliver on agreed sales goals
- Communicate and articulate the Insights Value Proposition and Strategy to Licensed Practitioners, to differentiate Insights from our competitors
- Develop knowledge of Partner network, including agreements and regional strategy and terminology
- Develop cross team relationships and perform seamlessly in the hand off of activities/tasks

**What you’ll bring**:

- Confident and professional written and verbal communication in Spanish, Portuguese and English
- Knowledge of interacting with customers in a sales/customer services environment
- Experience of working as part of a highly productive team and can demonstrate flexibility regarding working in a continually evolving environment
- Strong organisational skills, with an ability to manage your own workflow and team demand
- Proven ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines
- Methodical and highly organised with the ability to think clearly under pressure
- Excellent rapport building and relationship management skills
- Accurate data entry skills along with great attention to detail and knowledge of D365 would be beneficial
- Able to handle enquiries by listening to and understanding the needs of customer
- An understanding of social selling
