**Job Purpose**

This role is the key finance business partner for the On Premise Channel team. The individual will provide both day to day and strategic decision support whilst leading the development of insight to enhance business performance. This role will provide strategic financial leadership in support of the high-top line growth agenda of this business unit.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Business partnering with the On Premise GKAM and KAM team, delivering strategic guidance and executive level decision making support. Providing insight into business performance against competitor & industry trends.
- Lead implementation of a suitable forecast hierarchy for the channel that increases Sales awareness and accountability for revenue and gross margin delivery.
- Lead the strategic and annual business plan development for the channel, ensuring that commercial strategies translate into delivery of the required financial KBIs.
- Provide financial and thought leadership for major investment decisions, developing and owning the financial business cases and ensuring rigorous and multi faceted return on investment analysis.
- Implement process and tools to ensure consistent post evaluation for key business decisions is completed with key learnings understood and translated into future actionable plans.
- Develop customer facing analytical tools to enable effective management of customer negotiations in order to increase profitability for CCEP.
- Identify and implement working capital enhancing opportunities to meet business objectives.
- Develop profit enhancing investment analysis for the channel. Fact based analysis and the implementation of customer facing analytical tools to identify trends and opportunities to increase return on investment.
- Ensuring financial transactions, policies, systems, and procedures meet the organisation’s and BUs short and long-term business objectives and comply with regulations, accounting principles, and standards.

**What we expect from you**:
**Academic Education**:

- Degree level education related to Finance, Business Administration and Management, Economics or similar.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (oral and written).

**Experience**:

- Minimum 5-year Financial Experience (highly desired in Commercial Finance) in Multinational environments, preferrable in FMCG.
- Advanced Excel.
- Highly desired SAP, Power BI & BWP tools knowledge
